Shipping Policy
At EHANZA, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
- Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery will take a maximum of 2–3 working days.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location or courier conditions.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in the same original packaging.
- The return must include the original box and all included materials.
- An invoice must be submitted upon request for return verification.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are used cannot be returned.
- Items with physical damage cannot be returned.
- Items returned without the proper original packaging may not be accepted.
Damaged During Shipping
If your item is damaged during shipping, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Refund Policy
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect.
