Shipping Policy

At EHANZA, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery will take a maximum of 2–3 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location or courier conditions.
Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in the same original packaging.
  • The return must include the original box and all included materials.
  • An invoice must be submitted upon request for return verification.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Items that are used cannot be returned.
  • Items with physical damage cannot be returned.
  • Items returned without the proper original packaging may not be accepted.
Damaged During Shipping

If your item is damaged during shipping, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Refund Policy
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect.
